We are so pleased that you wish to spend your time with us here at Camp on Allyn. There a just a few things we need you to know first!
Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices and sites (other than for confirmed and paid bookings) of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Camp on Allyn reserves the right to take FULL PAYMENT on booking.
Pricing: $16.50 per person, per night (3yrs and over). For power is an extra $11.00 per night, per site. (subject to change without notice)
All bookings are only received by phone call (we will NOT accept ANY bookings through Text Messages or Emails).
If you are making a booking for more than yourself, you are expected to pay the total amount for everyone you have booked for. Please inform others that if they wish to book on your site, then they must do quickly. This entire campground is number limited. Not just your site.
Whilst we endeavour to meet our guests’ requests, preference is not guaranteed and may be altered by Camp Management at any stage before your arrival.
All guests (cars) will be required to complete a guest registration form on arrival at this Campground. Failure to do this may result in eviction. No refund.
Camp on Allyn or Park Management will not be held responsible for, or liable to compensate loss, theft or damage to personal property while staying on this Camp Ground.
The number of guests on the sites at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared on the booking information.
Day Visitors must be pre-organised with Management prior to visitor arriving by the guest they are coming to see. Day visitors must register at the office. We limit day visitors to very few for the peace and privacy of the rest of the Campground. If we have not been informed that a visitor is coming, then we will not allow them to enter. This is for PRIVACY of all Guests and Security of our property.
Camp on Allyn Management reserve the right to terminate any person if they breach the Terms and Conditions of entry to this Camp Ground. These Terms and Condition of entry is ready for any person to read when they are checking in and a copy will also be given.
payments & refunds policy
Bookings ARE NOT guaranteed or confirmed without full payment. Following the failure to make a full payment, your reservation will not be accepted.
No Refunds or date change for cancelations on Long Weekends, Public Holidays or School Holidays.
No refunds are given for unused portions of your booking, including no-shows and early departures or cancellations after you or your party have arrived at the Camp Ground. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the day of your confirmed date of arrival. Please note that if you do not arrive on the date of your arrival, your site may not be available if no prior communication with Camp on Allyn. 2 weeks notice must be given to receive a refund, Less 10%. Any notice less than 2 weeks, we can only refund if we can re-fill the numbers you have canceled for. Any cancellation of 3 days or less does not receive any Refund.
Any person cancelling must contact Camp on Allyn themself (not relayed by another person). Before or on the day if an emergency. No refund after the due date of arrival.
Camp on Allyn reserves the right to refuse or decline your booking at any time without reason. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the Camp Ground for any reason we so determine in our discretion.
You have no ownership rights over the reserved site to resell to a third party. Subletting is not permitted.
If you have received a Credit, it must be redeemed within 6 months and is not refundable. Once a guest credit has been offered and accepted, no subsequent refund or credit will be offered. Please note that as of 30 May 2023, credits will no longer be offered. Refunds only less10%.
A guest credit cannot be transferred to any other alternative guest bookings. The name the credit is held under must match the guest’s name on the booking. Please note Camp on Allyn may request a valid form of identification be shown on check in to confirm a guest booking.
