Check-in and entry

  • Check-In is between 10am and 5pm. Entry outside of these times MUST be organised with the Office.

  • Non campers (Visitors) between 10am and 5pm ONLY and MUST be pre-organised with Office by the Camper only, and all visitors MUST Register at the office. A fee will be charged for each person.

We are so pleased that you wish to spend your time with us here at Camp on Allyn. There a just a few things we need you to know first!

  • This CAMPGROUND is number limited. We do not reserve bookings without full payment.

  • Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices and sites (other than for confirmed and paid bookings) these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

  •   Camp on Allyn reserves the right to take Full Payment on booking.

  • All bookings are only received by phone call (we will NOT accept ANY bookings through Text Messages or Emails).

  • The person making the booking for more than themselves is expected to pay the total amount for all they have booked for.

  • Whilst we endeavor to meet our guests’ requests, preference is not guaranteed and may be altered by Camp Management at any stage before your arrival.

  • Rates are based on per person, 3yrs and over. Power is an extra fee per site.

  • All guests will be required to complete a guest registration and Indemnity form on arrival at this Campground. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance of your reservation. No refund.

  • Camp on Allyn or Park Management will not be held responsible for, or liable to compensate loss, theft or damage to personal property while staying on this Campground.

  •  The number of guests on the sites at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared on the booking information.

  • Day Visitors must be pre-organised with Management by the people they are coming to see before these visitors will be allowed to enter Camp on Allyn. Day visitors must also register at the office and pay a fee. We limit day visitors to very few for the privacy of the rest of the Campground.

  • Camp on Allyn management reserve the right to terminate any person if they breach the Terms and Conditions of entry to this Campground. These Terms and Condition of entry is ready for any person to read when they are checking in and a copy will be given.

  • NO GLASS WHATSOEVER is to be taken past the camp/river gate. If you are found with glass past this point, you will be asked to pack up your camp site and leave immediately.

payments & refunds policy

  • Bookings will not be guaranteed or confirmed without full payment. If not, your reservation will not be accepted.

  • No Credit.

  • 3 days notice MUST be given to receive a refund less admin fees. No Credit.

  • Less than 3 days, no refund.

  • No Refund for Public Holidays, Long Weekends or School Holidays.

  • Weather, sickness and other issues that are not controlled by Camp on Allyn, refunds are as above in points 2, 3 and 4.

  • No refunds are given for unused portions of your booking, including no-shows and early departures or cancellations after you or your party has arrived at the Campground, A no-show is when you do not check-in on the day of your confirmed date of arrival. Please note that if you or your party do not arrive on the date of your arrival, your site may not be available if no prior communication with Camp on Allyn about your booking has been received.

  • Camp on Allyn reserves the right to refuse or decline your booking at any time without reason. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the Campground for any reason we so determine in our discretion (including for our own purposes).

  • You have no ownership rights over the reserved site to resell to a third party. Subletting is not permitted. Contact with Camp on Allyn must be to change names to sites.
